Welcome to the Thornydale Little League
Website. Here you will find information about this Little League season as
well as other information relating to our league.
Since 1979, the Thornydale Little
League has been setting the pace of excellence by providing baseball and
softball programs of instructional quality to all of its participants. As
a result, the program has earned honors for their commitment to the local
community and its players.
The district is located on the northwest side of metropolitan
Tucson covering an area of ten square miles bounded by Ina Road and
Interstate 10 on the Southwest to Moore Road and Shannon Road on the
northeast.
In passed years Thornydale Little
League has fielded more than 50 teams from Tee-Ball through Big Leagues.
Its volunteer core of more than 200 people from its board members,
coaches, and umpires continue to set the pace of excellence to provide the
highest quality of play for its players.
For over 20 years, Thornydale Little League has provided the
opportunity for youngsters to participate in organized baseball in the
Tucson area. Thornydale Little League is a huge success through its
volunteers and sponsors.
